happiness is a fantastic feeling that stimulates from within you and radiates around you, it's one of those things that make us feel better about life and ourselves in general. I remember when I lost my job, and same time my rent was almost due, it was so frustrating that I couldn't sleep at night, it got me thinking all day and night. But I realize that none of that would bring the solution to my problem, I was determine to see the positive in everything that happened around me, I started thinking positive, seeing the possibility in everything, keep hope alive, all of a sudden Things turn around, I got a good job and was able to pay my dues. All this was as a result of thinking positive.

Life can be scheme at times with loads of challenges one encounters every day, and with a slim possibility of happiness one can be tempted to think negatively all the time, having a positive attitude all the time can be hard to portray, and maintaining it can feel impossible at times, but once you have found a grip on holding onto a positive thinking attitude, you'll enjoy the benefits that come with it such as overcoming the tons of negativity that comes with life, improved relationships, heightened creativity and increased happiness.

However in whatever situation life throws at you, always think positively and see the possibility in everything. Only with a positive Thinking and mindset you can overcome the trials of life. This environment can influence people's behaviour and motivation to act. So understanding this and applying it to oneself is important to know what environment you always like to find yourself in to be happy.
Some people love an environment full of artwork or music or even being around children.
